Clerk's Office

The Town Clerk's Office oversees the recorded history of the town in the form of minutes, ordinances resolutions and record keeping.   

The Town Clerk's Office also provides support to the Mayor, Board of Trustees, Town Administrator and other departments within the Town of Wellington in addition to providing oversight to public records requests, cemetery, elections, liquor licensing and boards and commissions.  

In the event that ballot question 2B (Allowing the sale of Medical and Retail Marijuana in the Town of Wellington) is approved by voters during the November 2, 2021 election, the Town of Wellington will begin accepting licensing applications on February 1, 2022.  

Information on the application process will be posted no later than  January 13, 2022.
