Utility Rate Update

Utility rates are increasing on Oct. 1, 2020. Users can expect to see the adjustment on their bill arriving in November.

This decision was made after an in-depth study, conducted in partnership with Woodard & Curran, deemed the rate increase necessary to align the cost of service with the utility rate. This increase is the first of two users can expect to see with the next change beginning in January 2021.

Rates as of Oct. 1, 2020

Number of Gallons Fee
Base Rate  $35.00
First 15,000 Gallons $4.56 per 1,000
Over 15,000 Gallons $5.70 per 1,000
Over 30,000 Gallons $7.72 per 1,000
