[ARCHIVED] Town Facilities Closed - March 15

Town Facilities Closed March 15

Town facilities will be closed Monday, Mar. 15, to encourage safety by staying at home. All essential services will remain in operation.

Residential streets will be addressed tomorrow (Mar. 15) as crews work around the clock to clear priority one streets.
If you are able, please move cars from the street to allow plows to be as efficient as possible. Additionally, shovel snow into your yard instead of streets or gutters whenever possible.
Keep Hydrants Clear -
Wellington Fire Protection District
crews are working incredibly hard to ensure our community is safe. You can help by clearing hydrants, so they are quickly accessible to protect people and property in case of fire. Clear 3 feet around the hydrant in your yard. Shovel the snow from around the outside of your home during and after the snowstorm. Make sure vents for the dryer, furnace, stove, and fireplace are clear of snow build-up.
