After countless hours of review by the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, community members, and town staff, the Town of Wellington is excited to release the second Comprehensive Plan draft for your review! Click here to explore the document and updates shaped by community feedback.

The Board of Trustees (BOT) will receive a presentation on the plan updates at the June 22 meeting. The BOT meeting will be held at the Leeper Center beginning at 6:30 p.m. Or you may listen in online - via Zoom. Zoom meeting details for listening only will be available on the BOT meeting agenda prior to the meeting, accessible by clicking here.

After reviewing the revised draft, if you have additional questions, comments, celebrations, or concerns, please attend the Planning Commission meeting on July 12 at 6:30 p.m at the Leeper Center.  Zoom meeting details will be available on the Planning Commission meeting agenda prior to the meeting, accessible by clicking here.
