Proposed Utility Rate Changes - What You Need to Know.
The Board of Trustees initiated a comprehensive study in early 2022 to align the utility rate and fee structure with feedback received about the priorities and values of our community.
A utility rate structure impacts how base rates, usage rates, or tiers recover the cost of service. Proposed rate structure changes are scheduled for the Tuesday, Nov. 8 Board of Trustees Regular Meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Leeper Center
(3800 Wilson Ave).
Public comment may be given in person during the meeting or submitted in writing before 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
If adopted as proposed, the new rate structure would go into effect in January 2023.
- Residential Proposed Base Rates (includes first 3K gallons of usage)
3/4 inch: $49.71 (most common)
